Quiz and Second Life integration

Second Life (http://secondlife.com) is a virtual world. I manage an English learning community there with with over 500 members from around the world. We used to use a system called SLOODLE and a plugin called the awards system. I now use Buddypress instead of Moodle because it’s easier to manage. If I could have the possiblity of offering inworld activities whereby learners touch an “answer” object to get points on the website then I could create a leaderboard inworld to show rankings. WP-Polls is close, but a simple “yes” or “no” question capable of being placed on a page or post would mean I could incorporate media on a prim objects inworld for interactive quizzes. Is it possible? I’d even pay to have this function programmed privately.
