Terms of Service
These terms cover how you use CubePoints, how cubes are earned and paid out, and what behaviour ends an account. Please read them — especially the parts about one account per person and how offer credits work, because that is where nearly every dispute comes from.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use CubePoints, and at least 18 to complete offers involving deposits, gambling, or financial products. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts controlled by the same person are the single most common form of abuse here, and we close all of them when we find them.
- Real details. Your email must be one you control and verify. Payout details must belong to you.
- Your credentials are yours to protect. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings if you hold a meaningful balance.
2. Cubes and how they work
Cubes are the platform's reward unit. 1,000 cubes = $1.00 USD, fixed. Cubes are not currency, not securities, and not a stored-value instrument. They have no value outside CubePoints, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be bought.
- Cubes are credited when an advertising network confirms your completion to us — not when you believe you finished. Confirmation timing is controlled by the advertiser and can take minutes or days.
- Advertisers can reverse a completion (for chargebacks, fake installs, or fraud detected on their side). When they do, we reverse the matching cubes. If your balance is already spent, the balance can go negative until it clears.
- We may apply a short hold on offer earnings before they become withdrawable. The hold length is shown on the Cash out page.
- Bonuses (signup, streak, quests, referrals) are promotional. We can change or end them at any time, but never retroactively take back a bonus you legitimately earned.
3. Withdrawals
You can request a withdrawal once you meet the minimum for your chosen method. Each method shows its own minimum, fee, and typical speed on the Cash out page.
- Withdrawals are reviewed before they are paid. Most clear quickly; some are held for manual checks.
- We may require identity verification before paying, particularly for larger amounts or flagged accounts.
- You are responsible for giving correct payout details. Funds sent to a wrong-but-valid address you provided (a mistyped crypto wallet, someone else's PayPal) cannot be recovered by us.
- You are responsible for any taxes owed on what you earn.
4. Referrals
You earn a percentage of what people you refer earn. That commission is paid by us — it is never deducted from your friend's balance.
- Referring yourself, using a second device or connection to sign up under your own link, or creating accounts for people who do not exist voids the commission and can close every account involved.
- Spamming your link — unsolicited email, comment spam, misleading ads, or claiming CubePoints pays more than it does — is grounds for removal from the program.
5. What gets an account closed
The following end in suspension or permanent closure, with forfeiture of the affected balance:
- Multiple accounts, or coordinating accounts with others to farm referrals or offers.
- VPNs, proxies, emulators, or device/location spoofing used to appear eligible for offers you are not eligible for.
- Automation: bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or completion services.
- Falsifying offer completions or submitting fake information to advertisers.
- Chargeback fraud or use of payment instruments that are not yours.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform: exploiting bugs for balance, probing for vulnerabilities without permission, or reverse-engineering our postback flow.
If you find a bug that affects balances, report it to support instead of using it. We treat good-faith reports well; exploitation is treated as theft.
6. Responsible use
CubePoints is a way to earn small amounts in your spare time. It is not employment, not an investment, and not a reliable income. We do not promise any particular earnings, and anyone telling you otherwise does not speak for us.
- Some offers involve real-money deposits, betting, or trading. These are provided by third parties and carry real risk of loss. Only take them if you are of legal age and can afford the loss.
- Never spend money you need in order to chase a reward. The reward is smaller than the deposit.
- If gambling is causing you harm, stop using deposit offers and seek local support services.
7. Third-party offers
Offers come from independent advertising networks and their advertisers. We do not control them, do not warrant them, and are not responsible for what they do with information you give them directly. When you click an offer you leave CubePoints and the advertiser's own terms and privacy policy apply.
Whether an offer credits is decided by that advertiser's tracking, which can fail for reasons on their side — ad blockers, VPNs, a different device, or an app installed previously. We will investigate on your behalf through support, but we cannot force an advertiser to credit a lead they do not recognise.
8. Availability and liability
CubePoints is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the cash value of your withdrawable balance at the time of the claim.
Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting forfeits any remaining balance — withdraw first if you want it. We may close accounts that violate these terms, and we may close inactive accounts after an extended period of no activity, with notice to your registered email.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect, and continuing to use CubePoints after that means you accept them.
